Phone Voices
Something funny is when customers call and immediately assume you are their sales rep….it’s as if we all sound the same….I don’t know how. Sheerah has a very eloquent voice and speaks so clearly. We all know she wishes she could just sing to her customers. Jamie is pure giggles. I wish I could laugh like her…and then Katie. I swear she speaks so loud. I worry her customers are going to go deaf …I know they are getting plenty of facts…she is very informative. Then there is Traci….she is even louder than Katie…you would think she was in a football stadium screaming over a crowd…but she has a hearty laugh and makes you feel like family. Vera our wonderful consumer service lady…well she is as soft spoken as an Angel…and that leaves me. I wonder what I sound like to the rest of the crew? :) I am sure I will get plenty of feedback.
Celina, Celina… where do I start??? LOL You’re definitely very laid back sounding. Very talkative! I had the same observation because I know exactly who’s client is who pretty much because they just seem to fit the personality of their rep… it’s pretty funn! lol
