Labor Day! WOOHOO!
Of course one of the most popular Labor Day events is all the amazing grilled food that we will all ingest and regret on Tuesday! I know in my perfect world they would bottle and sell that grilled food smell. Weird, I know, but anyone who adores grilled food as much as I do, knows exactly what I’m talking about. We’ll be doing our annual camping trip and have tons of goodies on the menu. Just to name a few: grilled steaks (aka HEAVEN), fajita meat, BBQ Chicken, Burgers, ears of corn, and my ultimate favorite HOTDOGS!!
During our camping trip, we can usually expect about 20+ people and we do all kinds of events and games. Cornhole is one of the many favorites, horseshoes and volleyball. Typical card games and many board games have wondered into our festivities. It usually turns into one big boardgame tournament…. It’s quite comical because many of our friends/family are just as competitive as we are and some of us leave on Monday not talking to each other..LOL It’s just all part of the excitement and fun.

Well, this Labor Day was quite a wet one unfortunately. We ended up playing golf on the Wii all day in doors while all the storms rolled through. We’l be firing up the grill next weekend as a Second Labor Day..LOL
