Dear Whiteflash - Tiffany and I had discussed getting promise rings to show our commitment and love for one another. We thought getting the same ring would be nice and started the search. We looked and looked and nothing really jumped out at us. The months went by and we didn’t really focus too much on the rings again. It wasn’t until August 10th, my 31st birthday, 6 months later when I had all but forgotten about the ring thing.

We were in Bar Harbor, Maine eating at a very nice restaurant and she popped the question with an empty box! I must have torn the ring box apart hinges and all looking for the ring! well it turns out that she was not happy with the ring that she had ordered online and was too embarrassed to put it in the box. It had arrived in Maine the day before and didn’t have time for a second plan. So I said yes of course and we laughed about the ring and the false advertising on the internet that left her very disappointed.

So we decided when we got back home to Charlotte we would start over and find other rings that we both liked and spend a little more time on it, make a bigger purchase and get it right. Only problem was we picked a date that was in October, so we had less than 2 months to get this ring business taken care of. I had put the word out at work to try and get some recommendations, well our intern as a matter of fact had just gotten her ring on Whiteflash and was very pleased with the experience. I started looking into it and was impressed with what I found. The website was very classy and professional, easy to use and the representative I worked with James, was very responsive, professional and always prompt with email return. This helped so much with the urgency and the decision making. We looked at a few options and a few diamonds, and then picked out a ring that suited both Tiffany and I perfectly. James was very good about giving us the details of the order, the time frame on return if needed and very knowledgeable about the diamonds and process. I enjoyed working with James and would recommend him to anyone looking for a top of the line company online. Excellent service and results.

Tiffany and I both fell in love with our rings, they haven’t left our fingers and we had an amazing day October 27th, 2007. We had a ceremony in the park around 11 am and then a reception at a local Italian restaurant. Over 60 people joined in the celebration, it was truly a wonderful, life changing event for us both. As life partners we are so very thankful for all the support and love we received from our family, coworkers and friends. We are changing lives by living ours out loud. - Tiffany and Emily, NC
