Celina - The setting is simply stunning and Amy just loves the surprise diamonds! Here is the story:
Okay, so we didn’t actually stay here - but we did have an amazing experience last night! My girlfriend, Amy, and I got engaged! I made reservations a week ago for the restaurant, Trio. From day one, everyone I dealt with was impressively pleasant and accomodating. They really went above and beyond. The restaurant managers, Troy and Paul, worked together to pull off my plan. It was the unveiling of their gingerbread village and Christmas tree last night. Well, I had a custom ornament made that said, “Will you marry me?” It also had our names on it. So, Paul was so gracious to put the ornament on the tree just before we arrived. He even assigned someone to watch over the tree discreetly so the ornament wouldn’t get stolen!
As we arrived, there were a couple ladies in the lobby taking pictures of the gingerbread village (from the Four Seasons PR department). Well, little did I know that they were waiting for us and then took pictures as I proposed in front of the Christmas tree!! I didn’t even ask for this! They said they will send me the complimentary pictures. What an amazing staff. More details at this link. - Cory & Amy, TX
