It’s Our Anniversary!

Today my husband Manny and I celebrated our 36th Wedding Anniversary! (of course I was only about 9 years old when I married!!!!). A lifetime of years, tears, joys, fears and countless memories! Manny always says the secret is to remember to ALWAYS say the following three things; “I’m sorry”, “It was all my fault”, “It’ll never happen again.” I try to remind him that “When Mama ain’t happy…nobody’s happy”.
On a more serious note, my job introduces me to so many young couples starting out in life. I often wonder how many will make it as long as we have. All I can say is we are living proof that it is possible to stay together forever! So here’s to forever……and at least 36 more years! (btw, marital advise freely dispensed!)
i remember the snowy snowy day many years ago when u cried because u thought no one would come to your wedding and here u are 36 years later looks like the marriage agrees with u both!!! luv u both mom

I can see Manny in the wedding photo, but it doesn’t look like you at all!!!!! You do look like 9 years old! The 36 years have been VERY good to you my friend!!! Mazel tov and hugs and kisses….
i was very very young so i don’t remember it much…hahahha…wow 36 yrs and still together..thats like l00 hollywood years!!! remember, its not who’s right or wrong (though we know who always is) its agreeing to diagree and a diamond bracelet wouldn’t hurt either…many many more and xoxoxx to you both teri/richard/jake
