PBS Nova Site About Diamonds

Here is a neat PBS Nova site about diamonds and the efforts man has made to try and simulate them. The Science Behind the Sparkle tells about how diamond slows light down and breaks it into spectral colors. Diamonds In The Sky tells about diamonds in outer space (it reminds me of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds which means something completely different!). A Primer of Gemstones is a nice look at other precious stones and See Inside a Diamond is a bit of science about covalent bonds. Enjoy!
