I just wanted to write and thank all of you for such an incredible experience. When I knew that I wanted to ask Jenna to marry me I was expecting an experience filled with stress and frustration, I’ve heard many a horror story about buying engagement rings. My friend John pointed me to your website and I must say I owe him at least a case because of it. From the second I signed up to the site to the day my ring arrived in 3 boxes and a bag (talk about anticipation, sitting in the parking lot ripping through all the packaging), the communication, care and information from all of you was more then I could have hoped for. From Kristin’s initial call and help picking out a great ring, to the emails from Shandel and Priscilla with information about the order and financials, Judi working with me getting my buddy John his referral, the beautiful picture from Tim, and finally the shipping emails from Vera and Jamie. Questions were answered within minutes instead of days and I never once wondered where my ring was or if you got my money or how long it was going to take. In the end not only did I get one of the most beautiful rings I’ve ever seen (especially when it’s sitting on her finger), but the best experience I have ever had buying anything. If asked I would recommend you without hesitation. Since we got engaged on a cruise ship, we were lucky enough to be surrounded by dozens of photographers all ready and willing to take some great engagement photos.
