Who’s on the playground?
Hi I’m Bob and this is my first blog so please be gentle. I love working with gemstones and people, which is why I work at Whiteflash. I’m retired from the United States Navy Submarine Service and have visited many places where beautiful stones come from. I’ve been in several different types of gemstone mines, dived for diamonds off the coast of Africa and know a really good steak house here in Houston. I’ve spent over 30 years in the trade as an active member of AGS, a GIA diamond grader & colored stone instructor, an ASA Master Gemologist Appraiser and other boring stuff, but at Whiteflash I have the very best diamonds on earth to play with and get to talk to people about gems and jewelry all day. Boo-yah!
James’ Dugout
My name is James and I’m the newest addition to the Whiteflash diamond consultant team. I am originally from Atlanta (GO BRAVES!!!) and attended Georgia Perimeter College studying computer science. I have been in Houston for almost a year and a half and am still not an Astros fan (LOL!). I moved to Houston because I fell in love and I followed my girlfriend - who is now my wife of 3 months - when she was transferred by her job. We both love baseball and her parents are originally from Houston so April through September is very interesting in our house.
Jamie’s Jump Rope
I’m Jamie, a Whiteflash.com Diamond Consultant. I grew up in southern Ohio in a tiny little town (so tiny it’s not even on most maps. I ventured to college where I attended Marshall University (WE ARE…. MARSHALL!) and majored in English Education. I took a break and fell in love and somehow ended up down in Texas. Much like a diamond, I was plucked from the rough by Whiteflash and…..VOILA! I’m just one of the many” facets” of Whiteflash that make up this extremely brilliant company. I love the color PINK, anything sparkly and glittery (especially GORGEOUS DIAMONDS!!!),and I’m always full of laughs. Blingitty Blingitty.
Judi’s Jungle Gym
I’m Judi. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Houston with my family about 14 years ago. As they say here, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could”. Truth be told, that “Ohio River” water will always run through my veins, and I go “home” often for a “fix”. I have two grown children and one little grandbaby, Brandon. I guarantee you’ll be hearing plenty about him in future posts. His father is my son Mark, a computer wiz (like Mama!) He is married to my daughter-in-law, Carrie who is a RN and wonderful full time Mommy to our little grandson, Brandon. My daughter Sara is a 1st grade teacher and a marathon runner (single, know anyone???). I have been married to my husband Manny for 35 years, so marital advice is freely dispensed to anyone in need!!… I am an avid “talker” (as you may have already noticed) and a published poet, so it will be great for me to have an outlet for both. I have been working for Whiteflash for over 5 years. During that time I have been involved with almost every aspect of the company, from sales, to vendor relations and now inventory and processing… I LOVE my job, it’s tough to play with bling bling all day but, hey, “someone’s gotta do it”. I look forward to “chatting” and continue to marvel at the amazing “technical” world we live in. Whiteflash allows me to “meet” people from far and wide that are all involved in making “happy” and often life changing purchases. Oh, the stories I could tell……………..and will. Till then, THINK PURPLE, Peace, Love and remember “It could be Verse”…!

My name is Katie and I’m your sales consultant for Whiteflash.com! I grew up in Dallas TX, attended Stephen F. Austin State University and received a degree in Hospitality Administration. Directly after college, I applied for a part time job working with a B&M and fell in love with diamonds!!!! I decided at that point I needed to find a permanent position in the jewelry industry, one I could learn a lot from and stumbled across Whiteflash!! I decided to become a part of the wonderful team here in Houston

My name is Lesley, you can recognize me by my accent. Please excuse me while I talk on my headset and cell phone at the same time. Oops my mailbox is full, I’ll have to call you back. It’s no problem, I don’t sleep!
Sheerah’s Swingset My name is Sheerah and I am your Diamond Consultant (or I could be!). I was born and raised in Texas and am currently working on my Bachelors in Music Performance from Sam Houston State. I will eventually pursue my Masters but in the meantime am having a blast learning about the best diamonds in the world! In my spare time I teach voice lessons and have recently started salsa dancing! Salsa is very challenging and a great form of exercise…plus its just plain fun.
Traci’s Trampoline
Hi! I am Traci. I grew up in Louisiana and, graduated from Louisiana State University! (GEAUX TIGERS!!!!) How I landed myself in Houston with Whiteflash is all a big mystery to me still. Whiteflash is a great company to work for. Come on, who on earth would not want to play with diamonds all day! Other than Whiteflash I love football. The season is right around the corner! As you can probably guess, I am a Tiger and Saints fan. I also have a big German shepard named Lundin. He is the best football companion to have around. When I yell yeah he barks! If someone can find a way to combine football and diamonds I’m there… Guess I need to earn me a Superbowl ring!
Vera’s Crosswalk
Hello Happy People. I’m Vera, your friendly Customer Relations person. I love dealing with people during what I call a “happy purchase” and love assisting our clients in many ways. We are truly blessed to be in an industry where folks are enjoying the shopping process. I moved to Texas from Michigan six days after I graduated to make a nice life for myself. I worked for Neiman Marcus for 16 years mostly as the Precious Jewelry Office Manager and then was enticed to be a Diamond Consultant for Ashford.com. After they were bought out I enjoyed a summer at home with my two boys and then proceeded to “stalk” Lesley online until she agreed to interview me. Five interviews later and one personality test to confirm I was a good fit and BAM, I was in like Flynn. My husband, Bobby has worked in justice for more than 23 years. Both my boys play sports, Cameron is normally on 2 baseball teams all year round and is a pitcher and an excellent 3rd basemen. Nathan plays Football during the fall and will start archery classes soon. His football team has been undefeated for the last 2 years and we hope to continue that streak again this year. He really loves to tackle the QB’s. Don’t hurt them Nate! I look forward to working with you all and being involved in your special project. In the years that I have been here I have seen continued improvement and growth and really appreciate that the entire team is so dedicated to our clients enjoying a “brilliant diamond buying experience.”
Ashley’s Alley
Hi, my name is Ashley and I am the new Search Engine Optimization and Media Relations Specialist for WhiteFlash. I am originally from Houston Texas and recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, (GO LONGHORNS)! Needless to say I am a huge sports fan! I have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business and an Associates degree in Foreign Language. I am also a former cheerleader and cheerleading coach, although I am extremely clumsy. I am the former 1st in state winner of the oboe and English-Horn concerto competition, a former member of the Greater Houston Youth Orchestra, Elkins Band, Elkins Orchestra and have been playing these instruments for nearly12 years. I also have a Teacup Yorkshire Terrier named Marley who is my pride and joy, my little baby
